Do you listen to podcasts? Whether you are a newbie when it comes to the wonderful world of podcasts or you listen to podcasts on the daily, this list of inspiring podcasts for women is for you!
And the icing on the cake is that these seriously inspiring podcasts also happen to be hosted by women. 🙂
How to listen to podcasts
It’s super simple to listen to podcasts! For this list of inspiring podcasts in particular the links that are provided throughout the post will bring you to Apple Podcasts. If you prefer to listen on Spotify, you can search the title or episode number of each podcast where you should be able to find most of them.
One of the reasons why these podcasts (and the suggested episodes) are so great is because each on of the hosts make you feel like you’re having a really good, cup-filling conversation with your cool, wise, funny, and successful friend that you love.
Podcasts make for a great companion while you’re out on a walk, in your car on the way to work or drop off, or something to enjoy after you’ve put the kids to bed and you’re cleaning up the kitchen or folding laundry (if you haven’t tried listening to podcasts while doing chores, it’s a game-changer!).
And sometimes podcasts can feel like a life-changing conversation you didn’t know you needed to have! The kind of conversations that will make you laugh, spark a new beginning, TTC or pregnant or postpartum, give you insight or wisdom, of course, leave you feeling inspired.

By listening to these women and their careers, you can’t help but feel a spark light in you to go out there and go after whatever you truly want out of life. If you’re in the mood to be truly motivated and learn alllll the skills to create the best life possible and laugh along the way, listen to The Mel Robbins Podcast.
Chances are this is not the first time you’ve heard of Mel Robbins. She does, after all, have one of the most-watched TED Talks. She’s also a best-selling author of The 5 Second Role: Transform Your Life, Work, and Confidence with Everyday Courage, and her most recent must-read book, The Let Them Theory.
This podcast is packed with the best advice to motivate and give you the tools to create the life you want – and deserve.Mel brings on the most fascinating people who are leaders in their research on a variety of self-improvement topics, and it’s the right balance of woo-woo and data.
Another thing that’s so wonderful about the Mel Robbins podcast? She’s vulnerable. She shares the things that make her human, and it leaves you feeling like you’re just out on a walk with a really good friend.
All in all this podcast is down-to-earth, and at times has hard truths delivered to you from your good, loving friend who will tell you what you need to hear before they tell you what you want to hear.
And on top of that, she will make you crack up. In fact, she encourages it! This is one of my personal favorites that had me laughing so hard I had tears rolling down my cheeks. Oh, and this one too.
All in all, Mel is lovable, relatable, exceptionally wise, and funny. She’s the friend everyone needs in their life.
